    Who We're Looking For (Position Overview):Spry Methods is seeking qualified professionals to support national security and intelligence mission operations within a collaborative, multi-agency federal environment. This effort supports critical government initiatives focused on identity resolution, threat screening, intelligence analysis, and information sharing across the national security and law enforcement community.The work is performed in a dynamic, mission-driven environment where teamsoperateat a rapid pace and partner closely with government stakeholders to ensuretimely,accurateanalysis and effective operational coordination.Spry Methods is hiring for positions across multiple experience levels - those with 4-12 years of experience are encouraged to apply!Spry Methods is seeking TS cleared professionals across multiple functional areas to support mission operations.Selected candidates must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.What Your Day-To-Day Looks Like (Position Responsibilities):Conduct research and analysis using both classified and open-source informationPerform identity resolution and data analysis in support of national security screening and vetting activitiesEvaluate biographic, biometric, and derogatory data across various government systemsSupport coordination and information sharing across federal partners and stakeholdersContribute to data quality efforts, validation processes, and analytical reporting deliverablesProvide operational and programmatic support to mission activitiesOperate in shift-based or high-tempo environments aligned with mission needsAnalyze trends, patterns, and emerging risks to support decision-makingAssistwith documentation, reporting, and continuous process improvement initiativesWhat You Need to Succeed (Minimum Requirements):Active TS/SCI clearanceand ability to obtain SCI with a CI PolygraphBachelors Degree in a related fieldStrong analytical, critical thinking, and research capabilitiesAbility to collaborate effectively within mission-focused teamsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage competing priorities in an operational settingRequirements may vary depending on the position butgenerally include:Experience in intelligence, national security, law enforcement, or related operational environmentsDemonstrated ability to conduct research and analysis across multiple data sources and systemsFamiliarity with intelligence lifecycle processes, analytical methodologies, or mission support operationsAbility to perform effectively in fast-paced, high-demand environmentsFamiliarity with intelligence databases, research tools, or analytical platformsIdeally, You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications):Experience supporting federal law enforcement, intelligence community, or national security programsExperience working in multi-agency or interagency environmentsExperience supporting shift-based or operational mission environments#J-18808-Ljbffr
