    Intel Data Technical Analyst SME (OUSD(I&S) Support)Location: Arlington, VA / Pentagon (or as specified by contract)Clearance: TS SCIPosition OverviewPremier Enterprise Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Intel Data Technical Analyst SME to support the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence & Security (OUSD(I&S)). This role provides subject matter expertise in intelligence data initiatives, integration, governance, and analysis across the Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of Defense (DoD) stakeholders.The selected candidate will play a key role in enabling data interoperability, supporting enterprise data strategy, and delivering analytical products that inform senior leadership decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide subject matter expert (SME) support for OUSD(I&S) Chief Data & AI Office (CDAO) initiatives related to intelligence data implementationCollaborate with the Intelligence Community, Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE), and Defense Security Enterprise (DSE) on data integration and interoperability effortsSupport data governance, policy development, and oversight activities, ensuring alignment with DoD standards and mission prioritiesPrepare and deliver briefings, reports, and executive-level presentations for senior leadershipCoordinate and facilitate collaborative forums and stakeholder engagements across DoD and IC partnersProvide CATMS task management support, including timely responses and tracking of action itemsAnalytical & Technical DutiesConduct comprehensive analysis of:Data initiatives and integration challengesImplementation opportunitiesPerformance metrics to support strategic decision-makingDevelop executive summaries and analytical products (3–5 per week) with rapid turnaround for priority requestsAssist in the development and implementation of data policies, standards, and guidance documentsMonitor and assess data pipelines, standards compliance, and architecture effectivenessProvide technical advisory support on complex programs, including:Problem definitionRequirements developmentSolution implementation strategiesArchitecture & Integration SupportDevelop detailed operational views of OISE architecture, including:Data flowsIntegration pointsDeliver implementation plans aligned to DoD & IC reference architecturePerform in-depth analysis of data frameworks, including performance assessments and optimization recommendationsMaintain and update data artifacts weekly, ensuring version control and alignment with evolving mission requirementsRequired QualificationsActive TS/SCI clearance (or as required by contract)Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Data Science, IT, Intelligence Studies, Engineering, or related discipline)15 years of experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community programsDemonstrated experience in:Data analysis, data governance, or data integration initiativesWorking with enterprise data architectures and frameworksSupporting senior-level briefings and decision-makingStrong knowledge of:DoD and IC mission environmentsData interoperability and integration challengesExperience with CATMS or similar task management systemsPremier Enterprise Solutions offers full-time employees a comprehensive and competitive benefits package including paid vacation, sick leave, holidays, health insurance, life insurance, military leave, training, short- and long-term disability, 401(k) retirement plan with company matches/immediate vesting, and more.Premier Enterprise Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.
