Facilities Maintenance Worker III : Five years of full time work experience, two years of which must have been at the journey-level, performing complex facilities maintenance and construction work, including HVAC&R systems or four years as a Facilities Maintenance Worker II. Introduction About The Position This position performs maintenance on the professional baseball fields at Scottsdale Stadium and the Indian School Park Facility. This position is responsible for maintaining fields to Major League Baseball standards. Equivalent experience may be described as four (4) years of full-time paid work experience in a commercial or industrial grounds setting performing such duties as: planting, treating and renovating lawns, trees, shrubs, flowers, grounds and related landscape features; and a variety of facility maintenance and repair work. Additional Requirements Eligibles certified for consideration for hire will be required to successfully pass a Department interview and a Department of Justice fingerprint prior to employment with the City of Fresno. Positions in the PARCS Department require proof of Tuberculosis (TB) clearance prior to employment. Possession of a valid California Driver's License is required at time of appointment.
