Required Qualifications & Experience : Equivalent to graduation from an accredited four-year college or university in a related field. Three years of progressively responsible professional student services work experience in program management/coordination. A master’s degree in counseling, social sciences, ethnic studies, education, or a directly related field may be substituted for one year of experience. The incumbent must have general knowledge, or the ability to rapidly acquire such knowledge, of the organizational procedures and activities of higher education career services and workforce development programs.
