Job Announcement The City of Chandler Community Services Department is currently seeking qualified individuals interested in joining our team as a Assistant Swim Coach (part-time, temporary, non-benefited) . This position serves at the discretion of the department director. Who we are looking for Chandler Aquatics is seeking a responsible, self-motivated, and organized Head Swim Coach to lead one of our four recreational swim teams. We are looking for someone with several years of swim team coaching experience and who can write swim practices for all levels. This person will also need to demonstrate team leadership and be able to coach and develop a team of coaches. To view the complete job description, please click here . Minimum qualifications • Highschool student or graduate; and • 1 year of experience coaching a swim team; and • Swim Lesson Instructor Certification and/or Safety Training for Swim Coaches Certification; and • First Aid/AED/CPR for Professional Rescuer Certification; or • Any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the work.
