The AGPA may prepare draft legal pleadings, motions, orders, stipulations, and cost bills, as well as record on appeal. The AGPA may proofread legal documents and check for proper citation form. The AGPA, under the supervision of an SDAG or SAAG, will take the administrative lead in cases, soliciting and providing updates for pending litigation matters, assisting with the contracting process, preparing fiscal monitoring projections and analysis of expenditures, providing justification for purchases, travel requests, and mandated reports.
