Under direction of the Engineering CIP Manager, the Civil Engineer I or II has primary responsibility for managing capital improvement projects from inception to completion relating to roadways, drainage systems, water/wastewater systems, and various traffic improvements throughout the City of McKinney. Tasks included but are not limited to: design or study management/development/review, project schedule/budget estimating and tracking, project procurement and construction management, and public/stakeholder outreach.
