This position is also responsible for coordinating funding activities with DHCD’s funding partners (e.g., the Virginia Housing Development Authority, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, and the U.S. Department of Agriculture Rural Development) as well as other housing providers and developers. It is also responsible for overseeing and analyzing the housing development loan portfolio, cash flow projections, underwriting, and financial statement submissions. Additionally, this position provides daily supervision of unit staff and is responsible for interpreting state and federal policy related to implementation of these programs.
