The Position: Deputy District Secretary Salary: $41.71 to $54.74 per hour Immediate Impact: The successful candidate will be given the following objectives upon hire: Within the first 3 months, be familiar with the District's policies and procedures related to Board administration. Within the first 6 months, be familiar with the District's agenda management software and begin compiling and posting agendas/packets per the Brown Act. DESCRIPTION The Fire Department is seeking a dynamic, team-oriented individual to serve as its next Administration Bureau Secretary. The selected candidate will be part of a dynamic team that supports critical front-line community focused fire services. This position will report directly to the Chief of Administrative Operations.
