Web Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain the procurement website. Utilize programming languages and frameworks to enhance the functionality and user interface of the procurement desktop and mobile website. Conduct regular evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements to streamline end-user experience. Customer Service: Act as the initial point of contact for end-users, offering exceptional customer service and support. Gather user feedback and collaborate with multiple teams to implement enhancements based on user needs and process updates.
