Ability to: plan, schedule, supervise, and inspect the work of skilled and semi-skilled subordinates in building and mechanical maintenance and landscaping. present information clearly and concisely. inspect building maintenance and construction work for adherence to plans, specifications, and procedures. maintain records, and prepare reports. meet and deal courteously with the public. perform work requiring good physical condition. establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees. Special Requirements Must possess and maintain a valid, current N.C. or another state driver's license that is not revoked, suspended, or subject to limited restoration or conditional operation privileges.
