Job Summary: Under general supervision, this position's primary role is to recruit international students. Engage in approved social media to ensure CSUSB promotion internationally. Create communication pieces for the prospect communication plan in systems such as CRM. Enter all prospect info from all recruitment events/ fairs into the CRM. Implements admit to enrollment strategy that includes virtual and onsite events. Virtual webinars for admitted students preparing for a visa interview and arrival logistics. Develop and implement engagement and yield activities with admitted international students. Conduct annual agent training for all existing agents and new agent onboarding training. Conduct onsite agent training when in the country for individual counseling offices and meet with prospective students at these offices. Collaborate with EducationUSA, IDP, Apply Board (and other) counselors in virtual and in-person presentations to students, onsite visits to centers, and campus updates/training to counselors. Institution Relationship Building Maintain and update a list of community colleges and their advisors. Provide university and admission updates to the counselors via digital and onsite communication. Organize and attend community College recruitment events. Maintain and update a list of domestic high schools and their advisors. Provide university and admission updates to the counselors via digital and onsite communication. Organize and attend domestic high school recruitment events targeting the recruitment of international students at those schools. PURPOSE : Under the general supervision of the Assistant Athletics Director, Sports Administration, the Head Athletic Trainer is responsible for the development, organization, and administration of the CSUMB sports medicine program, including providing work direction to other athletic trainers. When injuries occur, the Head Athletic Trainer serves as the first responder by recognizing and evaluating the injuries, and subsequently developing treatment and rehabilitation programs, incorporating the appropriate therapeutic modalities and use of rehabilitation and exercise equipment. Due to the nature of the work, the incumbent must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays, as required. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following : Provide expertise in athletic training services for CSUMB’s NCAA DII Intercollegiate Athletics program, including but not limited to baseball, basketball, cross-country, golf, softball, soccer, volleyball, track & field and water polo. Provide athletic training room, game and practice medical coverage of intercollegiate teams as needed. Assist the respective coaching staff in designing and implementing rehabilitation, return to play, and conditioning programs as appropriate. Prevent, recognize, and assess athletic injuries. Implement preventative and rehabilitation programs to treat athletic injuries using the appropriate therapeutic modalities and treatments. Monitor all injury reports and rehabilitation plans and progress; advise and consult athletic administration on all major injuries and treatments not covered by the student-athletes insurance. Ensure proper maintenance and confidentiality of all medical records and follow insurance processing and procedures. Provide work direction to other Athletic Trainers, including assisting in employee selection, scheduling and assigning work, reviewing work of other Athletic Trainers, and providing input to performance evaluations. Ensure needed coverage for practices, home events, and team travel. Consult with physicians on injuries and treatment plans; coordinate rehabilitation and return to play progressions with student-athletes and coaching staff. PURPOSE : Under the general supervision of the Assistant Athletics Director, Sports Administration, the Head Athletic Trainer is responsible for the development, organization, and administration of the CSUMB sports medicine program, including providing work direction to other athletic trainers.
