Education and experience: A bachelor’s degree in a related field, plus 2-5 years of increasingly responsible experience within the marine transportation environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Candidates shall have prior experience working with PMA stevedores or shipping lines, and productive experience working with marine-related labor relations and the PMA.
