Basic Function Performs highly complex real estate work in Appraisal, Acquisition/Relocation, or Asset Management. The Position The City of Riverside is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team in the Community and Economic Development Department as an Economic Development Manager (Non-Classified*) . The principles and practices of Request for Proposal/Qualification planning, development, administration and evaluation. Qualifications Education and Experience Education: Graduation from an accredited four year college or university with a Bachelor's degree in public or business administration, economics, urban planning, or a closely related field. A Master's degree is desirable. Experience: Five years of progressively responsible experience in economic development, commercial real estate or redevelopment, including at least three years in a supervisory capacity. Necessary Special Requirement Possession of an appropriate, valid class C California Motor Vehicle Operator's License.
