Dispatcher PositionSouthwest Construction is seeking an experienced Dispatcher to join our team!The ideal applicant will have a strong work ethic, organizational skills, and a desire to be a team player. Additionally, the applicant should have a minimum of 1 years' experience in a Dispatching role.Primary ResponsibilitiesReceive incoming calls in a professional mannerCoordinate schedule with the customer, sales, and field personnelVerifying schedule with customers dailyCoordinate delays in schedule with customers, sales, and field personnelWork with the sales team to provide excellent service to our customerDistribute supplies to field personnel as neededWill be on-call after normal business hours 1 week/MonthSkills & abilitiesStrong oral and written communication skillsProblem Sensitivity - ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrongProvide accurate and timely information to managementBasic computer competencies & Microsoft officeSpanish Speaking highly preferred
