Uses report findings to make key recommendations to mitigate homelessness in women across Los Angeles County. Serves as a departmental liaison for cross-Departmental initiatives related to homelessness in women. Drafts responses to inquiries, Board motions, mandates, audits, and requests for information. Defines and manages quality standards and the design and implementation of oversight systems to ensure compliance and achievement of program deliverables for Medi-Cal and other funded SUD continuum services. Designs and implements strategies to expand access to care for youth and adults needing SUD continuum services and develops verification systems and processes to substantiate expansion at the provider- and patient-levels. Manages development of new and expanded partnerships with contractors, vendors, local government agencies, State oversight agencies, and other stakeholders to advocate for the advancement and growth of SUD continuum of services as a critical component of behavioral health integration.
