Qualifications REQUIRES an accredited Bachelor's degree and 4 (OR an accredited Master's degree and 2) years of responsible health related experience in the fields of public health with the federal, state or local government or in the private health sector, including 1 year at the level of Public Health Specialist II; OR a doctorate in Veterinary Science, Health Education or Public Health or Doctor of Medicine (MD); OR an equivalent combination of qualifying education and experience, including 2 years of experience at the level of Public Health Specialist II.
