The Child Care Health Consultation Program (CCHC) is a Smart Start funded activity that promotes healthy and safe environments for children in childcare settings through targeted and comprehensive consultation, group training and general resource sharing. A complete application package will include: A completed County of Monterey Employment Application Responses to the Supplemental Questions Pursuant to Section 130-10 of the WIC Program Manual, possession of current registration as a Dietitian, credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Applicants who fail to provide all required materials by the final filing deadline will not be considered.
