ABOUT THE POSITION Th e Clark County Department of Aviation is seeking qualified candidates to apply for the Construction Project Coordinator position . This position will be assigned multiple projects of varying scope and size from basic to more complex. Individuals in this position will work with multiple Airport Program Administrators to help facilitate a wide range of project related tasks for these projects. It is essential this position understands how to budget time accordingly and prioritize work so that tasks are completed on time. Incumbents will utilize Procore (or other construction management software) for submittal review and processing, RFI responses, schedule review, meeting minutes, drawing updates, specification referencing, and the documentation of all project related items. Other tasks may include, but not be limited to, utilization of airport mapping tools, drafting of letters including emails, arranging and conducting meetings both in-person and virtually, operating company vehicles on public/non-secured roadways and on a secured airport ramp. Further, this position will help facilitate communication between the Contractor, County, Federal, and State agencies, Department of Aviation staff, etc. to ensure timely and accurate information is provided. Minimum Qualifications - Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree in environmental management, business, real estate, public administration, civil engineering, urban forestry or a related field. 3-5 of years of project or construction management related experience and at least 1 year of managerial and supervisory experience is required. Preferred Education & Experience Bachelor's Degree in architecture, civil engineering, environmental engineering or a related field 5 years of construction or project management related experience including 2 years of managerial and/or supervisory experience. Licensures and Certifications Valid driver’s license required.
