Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of accounting and auditing theory and practice; of financial report writing, of a wide range of analytical principles and practices; and organizational theory, functions, methods and techniques. Knowledge of Federal Cost Principals and Administrative Requirements. Skill in establishing and maintaining effective relationships with others; in analyzing complex situations and adopting an effective course of action, in conducting several projects simultaneously; expressing ideas clearly and concisely, both orally and is writing; and in comprehending and carrying out complex accounting, auditing, and fiscal procedures Physical Demands and Work Environment: This position works at a personal computer up to 90% of the workday in a home or open office environment with noise, distractions, and interruptions.
