Ability to: Provide assistance and support to professional appraisal staff by gathering data, analyzing information, and recommending routine property appraisals; Compile, research and verify appraisal data; Apply appropriate methods, practices and procedures utilized in appraisal of real and personal property; Reading and interpreting blueprints and sketches of real property descriptions. TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: Two years of increasingly responsible assessment support experience in a county Assessor's Office. Educational college coursework in finance, business, accounting or related fields may be substituted for up to one year of the required experience.
