The Human Resources Manager I administers and manages all aspects of the Human Resources Division including strategic planning, organizational development, performance evaluation and management, recruitment, employee relations, investigations, safety, compensation, benefits, payroll/timekeeping, training, adherence to Municipal Civil Service rules and COA policy and procedure, as well as governmental and legal compliance. The mission of the Building Services Department ( BSD ) is to support reliable, sustainable, and efficient City facilities.
