Description Highly responsible professional and managerial position providing direct support to the County Manager on various utility related programs, services, delivery models, and planning Primarily external facing, to include coordination with County staff, the Board of County Commissioners, citizens, current/potential utility providers, and industry groups related to various public utilities affairs issues and capital planning, construction, financing, and maintenance.
