Develop and maintain a handbook on special event permit processes and procedures; respond to regarding permit processes; hold special meetings to review permits; evaluate and revise policies. Promote and coordinate specific activities within the assigned recreation program; prepare program event and facility marketing material including news releases, flyers, schedules of events, pamphlets and brochures. Oversee and schedule usage of assigned facilities including halls, recreation centers, community centers, swimming pool, City parks and sports fields; provide information and assistance to users of facilities; explaining policies, rules and regulations of facility use; monitor and inspect assigned facilities after use; schedule maintenance and secure facilities. Maintain records and develop reports concerning new or ongoing programs and program effectiveness; prepare statistical reports as required. Participate in the preparation and administration of assigned budget; submit budget recommendations; monitor expenditures. Respond to requests and inquiries from the general public; provide information regarding assigned recreational program area. Perform related duties as required. Minimum Qualifications The following minimum qualifications are required to be met at the time of application.
