Minimum Qualifications - Education and Experience High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED). 5 years of work experience in a Water Plant or a related area. Licensures and Certifications Applicants must have a valid State of Georgia Class I Drinking Water Operator License or eligibility to transfer registration from another state to Georgia.
