Examples Of Functions and Tasks Under general direction of the Human Resources Manager, this position performs specialized functions supporting the operations and administrative functions of the Human Resources Department including Recruiting/EEO, Salary Administration, Benefits Administration, Compensation Analysis, Employee Relations, Leave of Absence Program Administration, Workers’ Compensation Program Administration and Organizational Development.
