The Program Officer I will be the community outreach liaison for the Prepaid Tuition Program of the College Savings Division within the State Treasurer's Office. This position will reach out and collaborate with various non-profit organizations to assist families and education advocates on preparing for post-secondary education. This position will work closely with all team members of the College Savings Division and will collaborate on Division events and activities. The Division is committed to helping Nevadans as they plan, pay, and save for their post-secondary journey and beyond. The applicant should have excellent written and oral communication skills, as they will be responsible for connecting with customers, co-workers and community partners to effectively communicate information. They should have the ability to work independently and produce detailed accurate work within severe time constraints. The Client Services Unit, within the State of Nevada Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), is recruiting for an IT Professional III, as an underfill for an IT Professional IV, located in Carson City, Nevada. This position will serve as an OnBase Administrator/Developer to assist in the design, creation, deployment, and maintenance of OnBase modules & workflows; analyze business requirements; create technical requirements and documentation; design complex technical solutions; communicate with both internal and external stakeholders; perform advanced level application developer duties; and serve as the OnBase subject matter expert, mentoring and supervising technical staff and establishing and monitoring internal processes and procedures. Knowledge of the .NET platform, C#, and JavaScript would be beneficial.
