Job Requirement Education/Experience: Equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a closely related field and five (5) years of experience with information technology infrastructure management system and solutions, compute and storage management, virtualization, email, and telephony in which two (2) of the years were in a management role. Additional and/or Preferred Position Requirements 5 years of experience overseeing aspects related to networks, data centers, hardware, and software. Experience in managing complex technology infrastructure projects. This involves handling intricate initiatives related to infrastructure design, deployment, and optimization Experience with Avaya telecommunications systems. Experience engineering and/or managing VMWare and Citrix virtualized solutions. Familiarity with network design principles and practices Experience managing data centers. Experience managing project managers. Experience in mobile device management. Experience with Service Now or similar incident tracking system. Experience with automated application/OS patching policies and mechanisms.
