Job Description and Duties ASSOCIATE GOVERNMENTAL PROGRAM ANALYST (PERMANENT INTERMITTENT) - DISTRICT FACILITIES MANAGEMENT / MAXIMO HOUSING PROGRAM / SACRAMENTO The reporting location for this position is 2241 Harvard Street, Suite 200 in Sacramento, CA. This position will work under the direction of Staff Services Manager I. The Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) performs a variety of complex, technical, and varied analytical and evaluative work relating to the State-Owned Housing Program. The AGPA will function in a demanding environment, which requires the AGPA to effectively maintain a routine workload and regularly respond to short-term tasks. The AGPA will review, analyze, process, and prepare responses to a variety of forms, documents, and correspondence pertaining to the State-Owned Housing process. The AGPA is required to meet regulatory and internal deadlines on all assignments. In addition, the AGPA is responsible for formulating procedures, policies, and program alternatives, making recommendations on program-related issues, and advising management on the potential impact. Must be able to analyze situations and take effective action.
