DESCRIPTION THE PORT OF LONG BEACH IS SEEKING A MANAGER OF REAL ESTATE (This is an at-will position) Salary Range: $140,000 - $185,000 THE ROLE Under the supervision of the Director and Assistant Director, the Manager of Real Estate (Manager) is responsible for a minimum of two direct reports. The Manager will be a working manager and handle complicated real estate negotiations and projects.
