Minimum Requirements Education and Experience: Equivalent to graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, architecture, urban planning, public administration, business administration, or closely related field; or Associate’s Degree in construction technology plus two years (full-time equivalent) of experience in civil engineering, public administration, business administration, construction regulations, land use, architecture, or closely related field.
