Minimum Qualifications/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities QUALIFICATIONS Experience: Four years of increasingly responsible building inspection experience including one year of lead or supervisory responsibility. AA degree preferred. License or Certificate Possess and maintain and appropriate, valid California driver's license and a safe driving record.
