The Position The City of Riverside is accepting applications for the position of Deputy City Attorney to fill three (3) vacancies in the Litigation Division with the City Attorney's Office. In addition to trying cases, the trial attorney will be responsible for all pretrial phases of litigation, including depositions and discovery, retaining experts, law and motion, presentations to City Council in closed session regarding pending litigation, and mediation.
