EMPLOYEE BENEFITS As an employee of the County of Sacramento, there will be a variety of benefits available to you. GENERAL BENEFITS: Most employee benefits are similar to the following for all County employees. TUITION REIMBURSEMENT: Dependent upon union agreements, regular County employees may be eligible to receive Tuition Reimbursement. RETIREMENT: Social Security and Sacramento County Employees' Retirement System coverage. HEALTH INSURANCE: The County offers a variety of health plan design options to fit individual needs.
