DESCRIPTION The City of Long Beach, Department of Health and Human Services has an immediate opening for (1) full-time, unclassified, at will Program Analyst (Community Program Specialist II-III) position. Reporting to an Administrative Analyst III, the program analyst will provide oversight in the development, implementation, and administration of funded grants and programs.
