Handles all water / sewer permits, meter inventory, and resolves meter reading/billing exceptions for all commercial accounts assigned. Processes customer move-ins, setting up appropriate billing rates for water, sewer, applicable taxes and setting up accounts. Reviews and processes all master bill requests, including contacting customers as needed. Qualifications REQUIRES an accredited Bachelor's degree; OR an equivalent combination of qualifying education and experience to include professional experience in the development and/or operation of administrative systems, programs, policies and practice.
