Protect sensitive data by understanding state and federal laws pertaining to education data. Express concepts clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with DESE leadership, information technology, local education agencies, researchers, legislative, and various other state agencies. Assist with the creation, tracking and/or managing of data sharing agreements with entities outside the Department. Minimum Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Mathematics, Information Technology, or closely related field.
