The Office of Employee Engagement is looking for a dynamic individual to join our Human Resources (HR) team! This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who wants to work with HR professionals committed to promoting a quality employee experience and serving our department’s workforce.

- Greet and engage with the public and OA employees daily, promoting a quality customer experience in-person, by phone, and through email.
- Interact with OA customers in a professional, helpful manner; determine need; furnish necessary information; and take and relay detailed messages.
- Draft and organize a variety of communication materials used to inform OA’s workforce of important HR information.
- Perform general, entry-level HR work by assisting the Talent Acquisition and Payroll teams.
- Assist in the maintenance of HR records.
- Other duties that may be assigned.
Minimum Qualifications: - Two (2) years of office support experience.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to maintain and demonstrate a professional, positive attitude.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Adobe products.
- Must work well both independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Time-management skills with the ability to prioritize assignments.
Preferred Qualifications - Work experience in human resources environment.
