RETIREMENT MEDICAL TRUST: This plan helps with the high cost of health care expenses after retirement. Active employees with ten (10) years of public sector service are eligible to participate. Education and experience: A bachelor’s degree in a related field, plus 2-5 years of increasingly responsible experience within the marine transportation environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Candidates shall have prior experience working with PMA stevedores or shipping lines, and productive experience working with marine-related labor relations and the PMA. A proven track record and experience in sales and marketing related to the marine transportation industry is required.
