Position Information One limited-term, hourly position currently exists in the Community Development Department. The Building Plans Examiner II reviews and approves permit applications and plans for new constructions and remodels to ensure conformity with established codes and regulations. Job Description DEFINITION Under general supervision, to perform duties related to reviewing and approving building permit applications and plans for new construction and remodels to determine if they conform to established codes, laws, and special conditions; to perform related work as required.
