Job Summary The primary functions of this Instructional Support Technician position are to provide comprehensive technical and advisory support for all the biochemistry lab courses (total annual enrollment is over 800 students) as well as biochemistry student/faculty research activities, and serve as the Safety Coordinator for the entire Chemistry and Biochemistry Department. This includes responsibilities which require 24-hour a day support since materials often need to be fresh or at a certain growth phase, and refrigeration/environmental control systems must be maintained during periods of power outage. Job Summary Under general supervision of the Director for Engineering Student Services this position provides administrative support and coordinates business processes for ESS and its programs. Job Summary The Executive Director (ED) for Academic Programs and Planning reports directly to the Associate Vice Provost for Academic Innovations and Programs (AVP-AIP). In this capacity, the ED-APP is responsible for integrating the planning efforts that are mobilized by program review and localized in the units reporting to the ED-APP. Furthermore, the ED-APP connects these efforts with the university's strategic planning. Job Summary Under general supervision of the Civil and Environmental Engineering (CE/ENVE) Department Chair, this position is responsible for managing and maintaining laboratory spaces and instruments as well as support instructors with lab and student project activities. The incumbent coordinates the usage of shared lab resources between classes and research, handles equipment orders, installations, calibrations, repairs, and provides guidance to students on lab and equipment use. Job Summary Under general supervision of the Civil and Environmental Engineering (CE/ENVE) Department Chair, this position is responsible for managing and maintaining laboratory spaces and instruments as well as support instructors with lab and student project activities.
