Michael Wilkes, City Manager, Olathe, Kansas<\/li>\n<li>\u201cThere\u2019s a mystical power to having a sense of where you want to go. \u2013 Glen Hiemstra, keynote speaker<\/li>\n<li>\u201cDefine the process before you start the process or spend your money on consultants.\u201d \u2013 tweet from @skcopeland<\/li>\n<li>\u201cThe process of innovation produces more innovation over time.\u201d \u2013 Dr. Janet Denhardt, Chet Newland Chair, USC Price School of Public Policy<\/li>\n<li>\u201cInnovation comes from unplanned spontaneous change.\u201d \u2013 Dr. John Nalbandian<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0\u201cThe Manager\u2019s job is to be a gardener of the culture.\u00a0 It\u2019s a journey and you never arrive.\u201d \u2013 J.
