(CIG) President Michael Hurwitz and National Association of Counties (NACo) Executive Director Matthew D. Chase announced a strategic partnership designed to substantially improve NACo\u2019s online job posting presence. The alliance will likewise increase CIG\u2019s ability to address the unique personnel recruitment and hiring needs of NACo\u2019s membership, and is sure to result in both more career public service postings as well as qualified candidate responses.<\/p>\n<p>Under the collaborative agreement, CIG will serve as the exclusive agent for NACo with respect to advertising jobs available in county governments, and together they will develop and market a variety of job posting packages catering to counties of all sizes. Special emphasis will be given to promoting CIG\u2019s signature \u201cUnlimited Annual Posting\u201d option, which promises unparalleled value to NACo members because it is uniquely tailored to each organization\u2019s size and recruitment activity.<\/p>\n<p>NACo and its members will now more easily be in a position to take advantage of CIG\u2019s full-featured job board developed over 17 years, as well as its burgeoning presence on virtually all relevant social media.
