top sources of talent for employers and jobs for those seeking employment.\u00a0 But here\u2019s the rub: there are more than 150,000 such sites operating in the U.S. alone, so which are the best for recruiters and job seekers?\u00a0 And who\u2019s to say they are?<\/p>\n<p><strong>The 2016 User\u2019s Choice Awards<\/strong> answer those questions.\u00a0 These Awards doesn\u2019t rely on pundits\u2019 picks, but instead turn to the real judges of the best sites for job search and recruiting support \u2013 the Users who rely on the sites for success.<\/p>\n<p>WEDDLE\u2019s Media Group, whose Guides have been described by the American Staffing Association as the \u201cZagat\u201d of job boards, hosts this annual survey to determine the top 25 sites for job seekers and
