The Connecticut Department of Labor (CTDOL) is a state government agency with approximately 670 employees. The CTDOL primarily provides unemployment and job services to clients. However, in addition we are responsible for Mediation & Arbitration, Labor Relations, OSHA (Municipalities ) and Wage & Workplace Standards for the state of Connecticut citizens. Our primary office is in Wethersfield. However, we have offices in several other locations in the state.
