The City of Lathrop is a relatively new community at the crossroads of commerce in San Joaquin County. Incorporated on July 1, 1989, Lathrop has already become a hub for a number of Fortune 500 companies’ distribution centers. The City boasts the 500-acre Crossroads Commerce Center at the intersection of Interstate 5 and State Route 120.
The City also has a number of mixed use projects in the approval state, including the 4,800 acre River Islands Urban Design Concept that contains a 5,000,000 square foot business park, a mixed use Town Center, two championship golf courses, an active adult community and various residential neighborhoods.
