Nassau County Board of County Commissioners

Nassau County is located in the northeast corner of Florida along the Atlantic Ocean and Interstate 95, and in close proximity to Jacksonville International Airport.  With a population of almost 91,113 comprising 726 square miles, and a regional population of 1.5 million, the U.S. Census Bureau estimates that Nassau County grew by 4.92% last year ranking as the 4th fastest growing county, by percent growth, in the United States. Over the next decade, the County is projected to be the sixth fastest growing county in Florida with a projected population of over 121,600 people calling Nassau County home. A non-charter county with a Commission-Manager form of government, Nassau County is governed by the five-member Nassau County Board of Commissioners.
