The City of Washougal owns and operates several public office, maintenance, and park buildings throughout the city. Staff tends to custodial, landscape, structural, mechanical, cosmetic, accessibility, and capital construction/repair projects for all general fund operated buildings. This division responds to calls for malfunctioning fixtures, ice removal, spills or damage/wear at city buildings. Staff regularly tests fire extinguishers, alarms and building systems to maintain compliance with all Federal, State and local regulations.
