The Public Works Department has three Divisions (Engineering, Maintenance, Water) and the Recycling & Solid Waste section that work together and independently to provide a variety of maintenance, operations, and engineering services to our residents.

The Public Works Department provides high quality, professional, and excellent services in Engineering; Facility, Street, Traffic, Water Distribution, Grounds, and Fleet Maintenance; potable Water Treatment; and Recycling & Solid Waste; that enhances the safety and quality of life for all Vallejo residents and customers.
