The Human Resources Department is responsible for recruiting and onboarding employees, developing and administering personnel policies and procedures, coordinating employee orientation and training, fostering positive employee relations, managing performance evaluation programs, and administering compensation and supplemental insurance programs.
We work closely with department directors and supervisors to ensure a smooth hiring process, provide guidance on employment laws and personnel matters, and promote a positive, respectful, and compliant workplace for all employees.
